Pemco Construction Ltd. was established on February 1, 1990 by partners Milan Fischgrund and Josef Lapes. Both Milan and Josef were born and educated in Czechoslovakia. They worked eleven years for a large Edmonton construction company, each holding management positions, before forming Pemco Construction Ltd.
Pemco Construction Ltd. is in its second generation of family ownership, and brothers Kevin and Jeffrey Lapes, are carrying the tradition of success into the future. With over a decade of experience with the company and in the Construction field, and a combination of Business and Construction education and experience; your project will be in good hands.
